Administrator Access

App administrators and developers do NOT have access to your private business data, including your event details, sales records, expenses, inventory, or customer information. Administrators can only access basic account information necessary for account management (name, email, phone number) and subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve BoothBoss services
  • Process your transactions and manage your subscriptions
  • Send you technical notices and support messages
  • Sync your events with Google Calendar (when authorized)
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests
  • Send you updates, tips, and promotional materials (with your consent)

3. Google Calendar Integration

When you connect your Google Calendar to BoothBoss, we access and use your calendar data solely to:

  • Display your calendar events within BoothBoss
  • Add new events to your calendar when you choose to do so

We do not share your Google Calendar data with third parties. You can revoke BoothBoss's access to your Google Calendar at any time through your Google Account settings or by disconnecting in your BoothBoss profile.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

  • With your explicit consent
  • With team members you invite to collaborate on events
  • To comply with legal obligations or protect our rights
  • With service providers who assist in operating our platform (under strict confidentiality agreements)

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
